We are not talking about one or two machines here, but ten installations. 
 
On ten different lines, a cobot places a wide variety of boxes, one or two at a time, on EURO and INDU pallets. We use an extra servo axis to give the cobot more reach, enabling it to stack these small boxes up to a height of 2,200 mm.
 
The boxes are weighed first. Boxes with a different weight are placed in a reject position by the cobot.
The feed is different for each line and has been integrated into our Ko-piler control system.
