REALIZATIONS
Ko-piler Beyers Coffee
We realised 10 installations on as many lines, where a cobot stacks various boxes one or two at a time on EURO and INDU pallets.
Thanks to an additional servo axis, the cobot reaches a stacking height of up to 2200 mm, even for small boxes.
All boxes are pre-weighed and those with an unusual weight are automatically moved to a reject position.
The supply, which differs per line, was fully integrated into our Ko-piler control.
Multifunctional
Ko-loader OCAS
At OCAS, we automated the loading and unloading of their DMG Mori milling machine with a cobot and pneumatic parallel gripper. The 50-part magazine gives the system high autonomy.
Because the machine in the lab doesn't run continuously, the same setup is also used for the INSTRON tensile testing machine. The magazine and software were modified, and a measuring station was added. A dedicated PC program connects all the components: PLC, cobot, measuring station, and camera.
