Ko-Extender
A Cobot is a very useful technology in a lot of applications. However, sometimes its reach is not sufficient. For that reason, KoMotion has developed a robust, stable and safe track to extend the reach of the cobot in the horizontal direction. Combined with a telescopic arm, the reach of the cobot can be extented in both X and Z.

Ko-Boost
The big advantage of a Cobot Palletiser is the footprint, compared to other palletising solutions. However, the Cobot is of course limited in pay load, going up to a max of 25 kg (product + tool). However, production capacities for heavier products are often slow and regarding ergonomy, those are the lines that require automation, as people can not lift objects that heavy, day in and out.
For that reason, KoMotion has developed the Ko-Boost. The Cobot is still responsible for the movements of the object, however, the weight is caried by a swivel arm, of which the movements is also electrically controlled for precise positioning.
Objects with weights up to 35 kg can be palletised in a safe way, with speeds up to 3 per min.
Objects such as bags, boxes, buckets, ... can be processed.
The Ko-Boost is indepent from brand of cobot and can be used with UR, Fanuc, Doosan, ...
The machine can be used both for palletising and depalletising.
